Leadership = Influence

So i want all you readers to think about an individual who has greatly influenced your life for Christ.

What about that person gave them such an in influence in your life?

What made them successful in influencing you?

One thing i’ve realized in my 21 years on this planet, is that even though most often, our greatest influences are from those that are older than us, it doesn’t always have to be that way. I look up to people who just genuinely seek God in all parts of their life. It doesn’t matter if they are 13 or 80. An individual who can genuinely surrender is someone who i consider “spiritually mature” if you will.

I believe that Spiritual Maturity is not based on Age, but on wisdom through spiritual experience, as well as devotion to the father’s business.

The greatest leaders are always willing to do whatever they ask of their followers. They are willing to sacrifice for those following them. They are willing to serve. They are willing to push down their pride to be among the lowest of lows.

They don’t look at anything as “I’m the boss, you’re the worker.” But all things stem from love.

So remember today that no matter where you are, or what you’re doing, someone looks up to you. You have a choice to influence them in a positive way or in a negative way.
