Humbleness.

“But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.”-Matthew 6:6

I love God’s reward system. It’s totally and completely different than that of the world’s.

What the world says is “If you’re super loud, super attractive, outgoing, flamboyant, aggressive, and driven, THEN you will be rewarded. You have to stand out by your initial appearance. You have to draw a crowd with an over the top approach. You have to stand up on a pedestal and scream… So go ahead, so go draw in the crowd.”

But God says, “Just seek me. In the still. In the quiet. In the tough times and the good times. Just be sincere with me. I’m always here. I’m just wanting a personal connection. If you seek me, then you will find me. I love you. And because of your desire to know me, I’ll reward you.”

Which seems sincere to you?

God always, undoubtedly is sincerely wanting to reward us, and we don’t have to please anyone else but him for it to happen. I love that! He is so faithful, and he is always there. Trust, love, and hope.

Much Love and God Bless!
